Design & Build works with clients to ensure a smooth and pain free experience from start to finish. We provide our clients with a fixed price written quotation, a detailed specification of works, a firm start date and crucially a fixed completion date. The programme is intensively managed by on-site Project Managers and we operate a 24 hr emergency service to provide clients with total peace of mind.

Architectural Design

We are dedicated to creating living space that work for our clients. Every living space is unique, depending on the lifestyle and we recognise this in each project. At Design & Build we ensure that everything runs smoothly. Lighting, heating, audio-visual and security are just some of the areas we direct.

Interior Design

Our interior design team have extensive knowledge and experience working in a number of design spaces and styles, whether it is a room or complete scheme we can provide a totally and unique environment. We use the finest materials and craftsmen ensuring the highest standards.

Project Management

We offer a complete development management service from the initial thoughts through to completion. We understand our clients’ needs and the time restrictions placed upon them therefore, we oversee all the professional teams and suppliers who are involved.
