Design and Build did a major renovation project for us in 2005/6, involving stripping the house, re-structuring, new plumbing, electrics, re-building windows, and significant outside work. The major item was a three story glass and oak tower. Design and Build’s execution was impressive, most importantly, they took ownership of and responsibility for the project.
